We understand that when you plan your special event – be it a birthday party, christening, wedding or funeral, or simply a get-together – how important it is to get your food just right, without trouble or worry!
Therefore we aim high, to provide a consistently prompt, polite, and reliable service. As our name shows, our main focus is on using top quality and fresh ingredients, to create healthy and delicious buffets so that your food is enjoyed by everybody. We take the time to prepare fresh food – for example, our coleslaw is made from scratch on the premises- no bulk buying of additive-full coleslaw from us!
This principle, which applies to all our fillings, together with the quality and variety of the rest of our food has earned us an excellent reputation with happy repeat customers.
These days, customer choice is so important, and it played a vital part when we planned our range. We can help you with all the combination of dietary requirements that so many people have now; vegetarian, vegan, wheat-free….. the list goes on as does our ability to meet it! Our range has been designed with an inherent flexibility to meet any specific dietary needs or personal preferences.
Our buffets are delivered free of charge, and we don’t charge for any cups, plates, napkins and condiments either!

Finger buffet – Penmaen
A mixture of wholemeal and white sandwiches with a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian fillings, e.g. chicken tikka or cheese, red onion and mayonnaise mix. A list of our full range of fillings is below.

A mixture of wholemeal and white sandwiches; plus rustic rolls, ciabatta and focaccia breads with a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian fillings, e.g. chicken tikka or cheese, red onion and mayonnaise mix. A list of our full range of fillings is below.
- Vol a vents filled with prawn and seafood, salmon and cream cheese, plus brie and cranberry
- Smoked salmon plus stilton and broccoli quiches

Terms & Conditions
We try to keep them straightforward!
- All disposal plates, disposal cutlery, napkins & condiments are provided FREE of charge.
- Table covering is available if required.
- Two weeks notice is required on buffet orders, but shorter notice may be possible.
- There is a minimum spend of £150.00 on weekend buffets.
- Smaller weekend buffets incur a £20.00 charge.
- Minimum spend Monday to Friday is less than £150.00 but varies, please check with us.
- Delivery is FREE within Swansea.
- Deliveries to other areas may incur a small delivery charge, depending on distance.
- Cancellations received 7 days or less before the buffet will be charged in full.
- All buffets items are subject to change due to availability.
